Jump to the roof of the white building and get closer to the waypoint. Wait until no guards are looking, and then climb the ladder to the left. Then you can crouch by them and into the next large room. While crouched in the trench, grab and throw one of the boxes above you. When you see them, head inside the vent on your left to go around them and reach the other end of the area. There's a trench you can crouch in to stay out of site, but watch out for mines. Lure the two closer guards into the entryway one at a time to knock them out and drag them out of sight, or tranq them one at a time. There are four guards in the long hallway. You'll have to hack into the waypoint door, so it's easier with him out of the picture. Wait for him to walk away, and then slink your way to the door. Once you jump up on the structures to get you closer to the waypoint, there's one more guard between you and the door. You have the option to contact Vega or Miller once you come to. This triggers a cutscene as Jensen is drugged and dragged into the facility. Oh, wait! If you don’t want to use force I suggest you use the rooftops to reach the east alley behind the bookstore. There are a lot of guards there the first time. Use the roofs entrance into the bookstore. When you go through it you will find yourself in The Time Machine area. When you use it to climb to the rooftops you will reach an apartment with a vent entrance (it also contains an e-book and lot of goodies). There is a platform that you can activate with a biocell next to the police checkpoint. You can choose to finish the side mission to get yourself through the checkpoint or bribe the guy right there (700 credits), or do neither and find an alternate route. There is a police checkpoint right next to them that might also take you to the Time Machine.
